The Policy Process as Site: Art and the Multilateral Imagination is a participatory workshop that treats policy as a hyperobject: bigger than any single room, document, mandate, or meeting, and difficult to sense from inside its own frames. We will not discuss art in policy. We will enact it. 

The session unfolds through rounds of embodied practice, collective inquiry, and poetic score work, seeded by three short injects. The Embassy of Foreign Artists offers a Geneva-based example of hospitality as relational infrastructure, connecting artists, researchers, and International Geneva through socially engaged art. 

Hannah Entwisle Chapuisat brings fragments from her research on "policy art," where artistic archival practices help institutions imagine beyond existing multilateral frames. Wilhelmina Welsch presents Affective Bureaucracies as a live method for artistic intervention in policy and diplomatic spaces.
