Geneva Peace Forum (GPF) welcomes media coverage and encourages the sharing of its content, while ensuring respect for participants, speakers, and the values of the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform (GPP). Please follow the guidelines below to facilitate a smooth and respectful collaboration.

  • A Press Room is available at the CICG for accredited media representatives to conduct interviews during the Forum.

Photography

Professional Photography Access

You are welcome to have your own photographer during your event, but please note that no support will be provided from the GPF team to assist them. 

GPF Official Photographer

GPF will have their own photographer during the duration of the Forum. No pictures will be shared with partner organisations this year, with few exceptions granted to co-organizers of Geneva Peacebuilding Platform events. 
 

Participant Photography

All participants are welcome to take personal photos and post them on social media. We encourage using these hashtags #GenevaPeaceForum or #GPF26  and to tag our social media accounts:

Event organizers are welcome to use their own photographers without requesting permission to cover their events. 

Media Authorization

As GPF is a public event, photos taken during panels may be used in communication materials. Speakers and participants are considered to have given consent to be photographed. If you appear in a photo published by GPF or GPP and wish to have it removed, please contact:

Videography & Live Streaming

  • All public GPF events are live streamed and recorded.
  • Most recordings are made available on our official YouTube channel.
  • Media outlets are welcome to embed or reference our recordings. Please credit “Geneva Peacebuilding Forum.”

Branding & Acknowledgment Guidelines

  • When referencing GPF in publications or broadcasts, please use the full name: Geneva Peace Forum, and credit the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform as the convener.
  • You may use the official logo for reporting purposes. For access to brand materials (logos, banners), please contact:
