Attendance

Geneva Peace Forum 2026 (GPF26) will take place from 12 to 15 October 2026 at the Maison de la Paix Campus in Geneva, Switzerland. 

The official programme will be released on 16 September 2026.

REGISTRATION

●     Participation in GPF26 is free of charge, but all attendees must register.

●     Registration opens on 16 September 2026 on the GPF website.

●     While registration is mandatory, it is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee a seat at specific sessions.

●     Your personal data will be deleted after GPF26.

SEATING POLICY

• Seats at all events are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If an event reaches full capacity, we encourage you to explore alternative sessions happening simultaneously.

VENUE

GPF26 will take place at Geneva International Conference Center, located at: Rue de Varembé 17, 1202 Genève, Switzerland

The venue is fully accessible to all participants.

ONLINE ATTENDANCE

• With the exception of in-person workshops, all GPF26 events will be accessible online.
• Registered online participants will receive Zoom links via email on Monday, 12 October 2026.

INTERPRETATION SERVICES

• The primary language of instruction is English.
• Since 2024, GPF has been accessible to non-English speakers via AI-powered interpretation in multiple languages.

How to Access Interpretation:

• Live subtitles and audio interpretation are available through Wordly.
• To access translation with phones, participants can:
• Scan a QR code displayed at the venue.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

GPF26 fosters meaningful connections among experts, practitioners, policymakers, and participants. To facilitate networking, we offer:

• Welcome coffees from Monday to Thursday.
• Opportunities to engage with speakers, peacebuilders, and fellow participants in an informal setting.

Visa Letters and Accommodation Support

Please note that the Geneva Peace Forum is not in a position to provide visa invitation letters, travel assistance, or accommodation support to participants. All individuals planning to attend GPF26 in person are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visa applications, and lodging.

We strongly encourage participants requiring a visa for entry into Switzerland to begin the application process well in advance. For information on visa requirements, please consult the official Swiss government website.
