Geneva Peace Week Kicks Off New Cycle with Exciting Announcemen
The Geneva Peace Week (GPW) consortium has reconvened to kick-start a new cycle of brainstorming sessions about GPW24. In a much-anticipated announcement, the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform is delighted to unveil that the upcoming Geneva Peace Week will be held from 14 to 18 October 2024.
The 2024 consortium is composed of the following institutions:
- Geneva Peacebuilding Platform
- Geneva Centre for Security Policy
- DCAF Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance
- Quaker United Nations Office, Geneva
- Interpeace
- Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding
- Geneva Graduate Institute
- Principles for Peace
- Kofi Annan Foundation
- Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN and other international organisations in Geneva
- United Nations Office at Geneva
As preparations gain momentum, the consortium encourages all interested parties to stay engaged. Over the coming months, we will release additional details regarding GPW24 on the official website.
Already mark your calendars, as the call for applications to participate in GPW24 is set to open on Monday, 15 April.
In addition to this exciting news, the highly anticipated GPW23 Report will soon be made available. This comprehensive report promises to provide valuable insights of the previous edition that marked the 10-year anniversary of GPW.
