Dr. Pierre Hazan is a senior advisor at the Center for Humanitarian Dialogues. He specializes in issues of justice, amnesty, truth commissions, and reparations. He was a fellow at Harvard Law School. He has also worked at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. Previously, Pierre Hazan covered numerous conflicts as a journalist for « Le Temps » and « Libération ». Pierre Hazan is the author of several books on mediation and international justice, including « Negotiating with the Devil : Inside the World of Armed Conflict Mediation», (2nd ed., 2026).
